Shipping

Please allow 15 business days for delivery from the time of purchase. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the back ordered products, usually by email.

Upon order confirmation, please verify your shipping address, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. Resource Innovations is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect shipping address. You can modify, cancel, or receive updates on your order by emailing vngrebates@aglresources.com.

Resource Innovations will not reship lost or stolen shipments. If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they cannot locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can help direct you on how to process a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment.
